The client was looking for a state-of-the-art solution to provide an exceptional event registration and arrival experience for their high profile attendees. In addition, De Beers Group required detailed attendance reporting and statistics about each of their events.

RSVP & registration

Our all-in-one software solution enabled De Beers Group to provide a customised and streamlined experience throughout the whole event process. Delegates were able to respond to their invitations online with a simple click and register, then enter the events without the need for waiting in queues on the day.


RFID event solution

Upon arrival, the industry leaders were issued with unique RFID wristbands, making entry to exclusive events completely seamless. Our RFID cashless app helped transform any smartphones into RFID readers, enabling the organisers to verify access and make entry management much faster with a quick tap of the wristbands.


Promo & analytics tools

Our integrated Nutickets platform provided all the tools needed to build hype for the events with scheduled social media and email marketing campaigns. Furthermore, Nutickets gave insight into event attendance through detailed reporting, helping the client measure the success of their events.
